Went to their showroom because they claimed to offer “Malaysia prices,” but honestly, the pricing didn’t feel that way at all.

What made the experience worse was the salesperson who attended to us. He was quite rude and unprofessional. The moment we told him we wanted to think about it and decide again later, his attitude changed immediately and he started showing us attitude.

A customer shouldn’t be treated differently just because they’re not ready to purchase on the spot. Definitely not a pleasant showroom experience.

Met our salesperson Sam at Tampines outlet and he patiently explained to us the features of the sofa and recommended us the length and design suitable based on our house size and layout. Love that the sofa can be customised. No regrets buying the sofa and it looks beautiful in our living room and very comfortable. Hope that there will be no issues after using and can last long.
